  • I have not actually stayed at this hotel but I have had an experience with the reservation staff/management which I really wanted to share. It was my sisters birthday and I wanted to arrange a bottle of champagne in her room as a surprise. I emailed the request to the staff and they said they did not have any special champagne as its an all inclusive hotel but said that the manager had offered to go out and buy a bottle and present it with a message from her family. I wanted to say thank you to the fantastic owners Mr Stavros and Mrs Smaro for their kindness and helpfulness and I have spoken to my sister today and it really made her day to come back to her room after a day on the beach to find a bottle of champagne and card from her family in England!

  • We have just returned home after having a wonderful week staying at this lovely hotel, we echo everything that Jess Wastell ( previous review) has said. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and you can see they are very proud of the high standard they keep, must mention Donna and Jacob working tirelessly at the bar, also the domestic team keep the hotel immaculate, a special mention for Sonya who even did zorba the Greek dance for us ! Sharon our Tui rep was so lovely and helpful too. The food was really nice and had something for everyone. This hotel is a well worthy 3 star , but with 5 star staff , thankyou all !!!

  • We arrived late and checked in by night porter he was a lovely man checked us in and got us some drinks, went to the room and was dissaponinted,we said before we got there did’nt mind were our room was as long as it was a nice room/bathroom it was ground floor and in our opinion a single room with twin beds so small the bathroom had toilet shower, shower was hose pipe sink was in bedroom however went to reseption next morning and the lovely reseptionist showed us another room she said it was for none uk guests it was lovely larger room lovely top floor lovey balcony/view it was on the road but no road noise at all.The staff all of them were just fab really friendly they are all a credit to the hotel,Donna,George and team at the pool bar were great went out of there way to make sure we had a good time,no complaints about the food or drink, the hotel is so clean everywere our room was spotless never been anywere and had the beds changed so much, had a late flight home so kept room on went for breakfast cleaner had been in with clean towels and a quick tidy. The staff all of them, the cleaniness is outstanding no complaints about food/drink,always got sunbeds no having to get up early,if i was to be negitive tge sunbeds do need uodating,Thank you to all staff, would return!

  • Please don’t read negative reviews about the old rooms, they are very clean! The hotel in general is lovely, the food is beautiful there are a few things there are repetitive but there is always something new on the menu. The start work very hard here always on the go and are all lovely! The entertainment isn’t the best but it’s good for families with children. All over it’s a lovely hotel and don’t be too disheartened if you get an older room because there is nothing wrong with them.

  • My husband and myself had an absolutely fantastic time. When we arrived late at night we was shown to our room almost immediately. Our room was lovely with a gorgeous view of the pools and mountains. The hotel was spotless and rooms are cleaned every day. There was lots of choice every meal time with greek and English food, salads, fresh breads and desserts. Our TUI rep was Sharon who was beyond helpful and so kind. And all staff from servers to housemaids to receptionists we so friendly and kind. Loved this hotel and kos so much that we have already booked again for next year. Totally recommended the niriides beach hotel 10 out of 10.

  • I travelled alone with my 9 year old this year and we had booked through TUI. Slightly nervous as being just us two but couldn’t of picked a better hotel to stay in. We arrived early hours of the morning and was checked in and were in our room within 10 minutes. Our room was amazing we were in room 703. The food was good everyday for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, always plenty to choose from. Staff were amazing, helpful polite and friendly. My son attended the SuneoClub pretty much everyday which he enjoyed. Big up Abby, Freya and Anika all genuinely kind and really have a huge passion for what they do and it shows! Abby and Freya made my son’s holiday and he misses them already! The place was spotless all day every day. I had a massage whilst in the hotel and that was 5*. Although we loved the hotel we did travel to Kos town which is a short walk and had plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. (Best to go in the evening when it’s slightly cooler) We took a day trip to the water park which was great fun and well worth the trip. This was booked through our Tui rep which was quick and easy. All in all Niriides beach hotel was our favourite holiday and we will be returning next year for longer. We hope Abby and Freya will also be returning to the SuneoClub next year. If you have children and like the heat this is the perfect place to go!

  • We have recently returned from a fab 2 week stay at the Niriides Beach Hotel. What can I say… fabulous and friendly staff across the board from the moment we arrived in the early hours of the morning until we left. We were greeted with a selection of sandwiches and the the 24h drinks machine was pointed out to us before we were taken to our room.We stayed in one of the older apartment blocks which was not far from the new builds and the 3 pools around there. We had three rooms in our apartment which was ideal for a family of five. There was plenty of space for us all to move around, and as always throughout our stay the room was spotless. The standard of cleanliness around the full hotel was extremely high throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable – a bit on the hard side but that was not a problem for any of us. The new apartments looked fabulous. The standard of the food was superb throughout our stay, plenty of choice at each meal sitting even for the fussiest of eaters (and we had one). Fish, various meats, greek food, salads, kids bar, soup, freshly handmade pizzas, vegetarian options, a decent range of local drinks and the desert bar. The restaurant staff were always helpful and friendly at every sitting. All inclusive drinks were the local brands, yes the beer was of a lower strength but that didn’t bother me, and also helped to keep things in order. The local spirits from the bar were very palatable as was the wine. A big shout out here to the bar staff as well, Donna, George, Jacob and Dimitris were all stars throughout the fortnight. Hopefully the improvements that they want to make, including having more shaded areas around the bar area for 2020 will come off and make it even better. There was hardly any queing at the bar area at any time of day, no limits to the amounts of drinks you could get at one time, the slushes went down well with the kids and the adults who occasionally added a vodka to one ;-)The 4 main pools were great, we never had an issue in getting a set of sunbeds at any time of day which was good. There is also a smaller pool for those with younger children wanting a paddle. A big thumbs up for the small entertainment team – Abbey, Anneike and Freija – they kept three of us entertained with a variety of games on most days. They never put any pressure on people to join in for those just wanting to relax. Evening entertainment was always family based, we had greek nights, a couple of acts from outside the hotel (Boyband and the Tennors) who were good. They were always friendly to talk to and even came to see us off when the time came to sadly leave the hotel. I think they’ve made friends for life with my children – so thank you all for the memories you have given them – they are still talking about it three days after getting back. The resort was fully booked but it never seemed to be hectic around the resort at any time which was fantastic. There were no issues with noise or trouble during our stay even at the end of the day.Kos Town was a 30 minute steady walk from the hotel and the marina halfway through the walk if you needed to stop off – there are toilets and a supermarket in the complex. Regular buses run past the hotel (No’s 1 & 5) and the journey takes around 5-10 minutes – be warned sometimes the buses are full and won’t stop so be expected to wait at times. It cost between 3 euro 50 to 6 euros for 5 of us each way – we were never charged the same fare once on the four times we used the bus.Now the big question is would we return?? Most certainly, it’s a fantastic 3* resort – don’t go with the expectations of it being 5* or getting a new room and just enjoy it. Sadly we’ve booked up elsewhere for 2020 but are planning to return in 2021. Thank you to everyone who made our stay a great one from the staff to fellow guests. It says a lot when some tears were shed as the kids were getting on the bus to leave.

  • My boyfriend and I have just returned from an amazing week in Kos spent at the Niriides Beach Hotel. When we arrived to check in it was after midnight, the process was quick and we were directed to the 24 hour refreshment area and also both provided with sandwiches. From our understanding this was the first year the hotel has been all inclusive however this does not show at all. Always tonnes to choose from! The meal times also span a couple of hours meaning the restaurant is never too busy to accommodate all of the guests. We chose to sit out on the terrace each night which was lovely. The staff were so helpful from servers, reception and the bar!During the day there is always a range of activities to get involved with. I really enjoyed the aquafit! At night their was entertainment for children and adults. We watched the team show and greek dancing which was brilliant. Karaoke and bingo amongst others are also offered. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the sea. The room was always cleaned every day and we had no troubles with the amenities provided. The hotel provides wifi however I did not use it, but my boyfriend seemed to have no issues. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and plan to come back in the future. 5 star hotel for 3 star price!

  • Just coming to the end of our stay here. Its amazing !!! Just like the brochure. The staff are fantastic ,bar manager Donna & George , buffet staff Georgia ( the biggest friendliest smile) the entertainment girls are lovely to the kids Abby & Freya . This hotel is very clean , food is lovely and not repetetive. Even sat chatting with the mother of the hotel manager. Outstanding family hotel more like ***** i think . Definately will br returning

  • Reading some reviews remember this is a 3 star but you can’t please everyone. We where warmly greeted and welcomed upon arrival.Free safe and air con was a bonus and the local hotel tax is cheap.Staff are amazing.Donna,George and Demitri in the bar really good.Lilliana our maid was excellent and introduced herself and welcomed us,she worked very hard and made every effort to please guests.Costas greeted us each morning for breakfast as did Jacob and Michael in the evening meal. You can’t fault the food it was varied and vegetarian isn’t a problem don’t be afraid to ask.Boat trips from Kos harbour cheaper than booking and run very well.1 euro 50c to main harbour.Greek night at Zia highly recommended.Scuba from Kos marina, there’s a company called Liamis a family business very professional and a fun day to snorkel as well.Paradise beach 1hour from Niriidas a must too.yellow sub glass bottom boat at Kos marina great for kids and adults take swimwear they have snorkels and you get to jump off the boat.Therma bubble beach 15 minute bus ride best to go in the evening as it’s too hot to go in otherwise.Niriidas staff are very informative and the kids club reps are very well organised.Wouldn’t hesitate booking again as only 30 minutes from the airport and you don’t see any planes here.small beach across the road and you can watch the sunset it goes really fast.Cocktails all day from 10am,snacks at bar are from breakfast/lunch ect which are ok.Theres an on-site shop for crisps other bits if you want.No ice creams from snack bar but they do slushes which are fine and all included. Its a great place and security is on site and present at night.Pools shut at 7:30pm which is good as keeps the place respectful at night for older guests.Bar shuts at midnight and site is quiet after but if you want to stay up there’s Kos town with later bars.Owners are behind the scenes and really make sure the staff and site runs well. There are 4 new buildings with 3 new pools all clean and bright..

  • As other reviews have stated, there is 2 parts to the complex, an original part closer to the road and the sea view, which also housed the dining area, small shop etc. Then, there are newer looking units towards the back of the complex. The Room – The room was fairly basic, but plenty enough for us two. It was spotlessly clean and remained so throughout the stay. We were treated to various shaped towel sculptures each day, which was a nice touch. We had a sea view, which overlooked the road, but it never became too loud or anything.Food – Fairly standard all inclusive food to be had. It rotated fairly frequently, was plentiful and I did opt for a second round of food on occasion. The only reason we went out for one meal was the fact we just wanted a set meal rather than our weird and wonderful buffet combinations we ended up with most nights! Drinks were OK, maybe a little weak, but it wasn’t the end of the world.Entertainment – The girls who look after the entertainment do a great job. Not really our kind of thing, but that’s fair enough.Hotel in general – Staff were friendly, we arrived late after a 2 hour delay and had no issues checking in. The staff in the dining room and on the bar were good also. Sunbeds could do with swapping out eventually as they’re not the most comfortable. Could also do with a few more dotted around, as once or twice we did struggle a little to find a couple of beds. We flew out late from Kos, so we managed to keep the room until 18:00 for €40 I think it was. There doesn’t appear to be anywhere to store your bags, but I did notice a shower in the basement of the main part of the hotel just as we were about to leave!Area – You’re a good 30 minute walk from Kos Town, but it’s not a difficult walk. We hired bikes for a couple of days (€20, 2 bikes), which worked well, as there is a cycle path right outside the hotel that goes into town. We also went to ammos beach, where there is a decent beach bar, service at your sunbed etc. which was cool.Overall a nice week away, took our minds off work for a bit, however I write this after my first day back at work, in the vain hope, it might rekindle some nice memories!

  • Great looking and easy to find hotel located 30mins walk from capital of KoS. Great facilities, clean room everyday. Pools are a good size and plenty of loungers and the food was amazing everyday. plenty of choice with an open buffet and great seating infront of the open sea. Easy to find and use bus stops or taxis are cheap and always around. Drinks on all inclusive are a good selection but could be more and maybe a greater choice of snacks throughout the day. Above all only issue was the rooms needed a do not disturb sign to ward off the ever cleaning house keepers.Great stay and would definatley come back again. thankyou

  • We stayed here in early July 2019 as a family of four adults. We had an excellent time. The hotel consists of an original part which has recently been made over and a new modern extension of apartments bordering three new pools to the rear. Our room was in the original part with a view over the sea to Turkey. The room was a cut above your typical three star Greek island hotel, with modern decor and furniture and a decent bathroom. New to all inclusive this year the food was really good. A variety to suit all tastes at breakfast, lunch and tea. The all inclusive drinks were made up of local beer and spirits and mixed cocktails and we really enjoyed them. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We arrived, checked in and then chilled out for a week without a single problem. The staff worked tirelessly and were cheerful and polite. There is simply nothing not to like about this hotel. We’d return at the drop of a hat.

  • Stayed in Niriides Beach Hotel for a week with 3 of my friends. Everything about this hotel was amazing and to a high standard. The staff, from reception, waiters, the bar, entertainment are all so lovely and welcoming and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The food was good – quite a variety of foods out each day for all meal times, there was always something each of us would eat and enjoy. The choice of all inclusive drinks was good and there was a nice variety. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The air con helped to keep the room nice and cool, especially in the nights. There’s 5 pools, all of which were clearly enjoyed by all visitors. Our coach home wasn’t until midnight so we were allowed to keep our room on until 6pm also which was handy. The TUI rep was very approachable and informative. There was lots if entertainment throughout the days and nights for both adults and children however this changes daily so may not always be everybody’s cup of tea. I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about this hotel. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a break to Greece. Will definitely be coming back also!

  • I recently stayed here with my parents, cousins and their children whilst attending my sisters wedding. The hotel was beautiful, the pools were lovely and it was spotless! The staff were friendly and even went out of their way to have a sandwich waiting for us on our arrival as we didn’t arrive until 1am. The food was nice but was sometimes hit and miss. My only complaints would be the lack of night time entertainment and the use of straws in every drink. It would be a good idea to only give straws to those who ask for them or switching to paper straws.

  • If you are looking for somewhere that combines a traditional Greek family run medium sized hotel , but with benefits of all inclusive, then look no further! Wonderful Greek food at every meal with lots of our favourites, as well as some new local dishes. We have been to over 10 Greek islands, plus Athens, and the moussaka at the Niriides was the best we have ever tasted, so light. We had no need to try the chips or pizza at any time in our 2 weeks, though they both looked delicious. The staff , particularly in the kitchen and bar, worked so hard to serve us. A special mention must go to our chambermaid, Nicky, who was so caring and sympathetic after I fell off a bicycle and needed stitches to my top lip!We stayed in a Junior Suite with sea view, which gave us 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, one being a wetroom with a fantastic new shower in one bathroom, and toilet and washbasin in the other. Go for this option if you can.Although, as a retired couple, we were there with no children, the animation team girls also worked really hard to provide all round entertainment for every age group. They deserve a medal! All in all, a great relaxing holiday, despite my cycling accident.

  • most amazing holiday with all the staff at niriidise Hotel they could not help me more or give me more love and happiness than they all did the chef made amazing meals so much to select everyday with a different menu so many dishes you could not could not eat better anywhere else their food is world-class!!! I loved all the friendliness of all the staff my lady who cleaned my room eirini💝 was so so lovely and would go to so much trouble to make my room feel more special each and every day the hotel staff the restaurant staff oh my word I cannot speak highly enough of this holiday like I said the food is 5-star quality and by all means go sample enjoy and they will make your holiday their business to make it feel the best ever. many thanks to Sali who stole my heart with so much happiness and could not do enough for me ! you would be a fool not to go to this hotel if you want world-class food with a world-class menu top Chef on the island three beautiful drop down pools for peace and quiet and beauty +surrounding you with views up the mountain top or another family pool around the corner near the bar which would do water aerobics and play games to entertain families with children even the gift shop was amazing had everything I needed to get all grandchildren everything that I could wish for I cannot I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel I will be returning next year as all my friends will always have my heart thank you so much fHaristor 💗💝❤

  • Visited with hubby daughter and adult grandson. Arriving from different airports. The staff here are terrific and so hardworking. Hubby and I had asked for a ground floor room or one near a lift. Reception tried to get an alternative but by then we had fallen in love with our few from A12. Food was brilliant and varied with plenty of choices. We booked trips with Miranda gifts and tours – brilliant prices and personal service – highly recommend. On 2 trips for four off us we saved 100€. Our room was cleaned by a lovely lady Maria. You could have eaten off the floor. Sheets changed alternate days. Aircon and safe are included free. Drinks are local brands and slightly weaker but not a problem. The animation team are brilliant and like all staff work so hard. Would be nice to have a tip box in the restaurant as so many staff and would ensure all got a share. Will definitely return.

  • We were here for two weeks and it wasn’t enough. This was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The hotel was perfect. Staff couldn’t do enough to please you. The bar staff almost had your drinks waiting on you. Nothing was a problem. Freya and Abby work very hard to entertain everyone. Their shows are great I do feel however that they could do with another support act along with the Greek dancing and karaoke to help ease some of the pressure. They are lovely girls. The hotel and the grounds are well kept and spotless clean. Restaurant staff like the rest of the staff were amazing. Food had lots of variety and catered for everyone. As quick as a dish emptied it was replaced. Our room was great straight out and into pool. No problem with sun beds we had our own. We enjoyed it so much we only went on one excursion. The owners seem to listen to all suggestions a few of which were put in place when we were there. The only things that we would suggest is another hook in shower room and either a set of drawers or a couple extra shelves in long wardrobe. We did speak to reception about putting a tip box in restaurant. Much as we would have liked to tip everyone that just isn’t possible. If tips were pooled kitchen staff would get a share. This Hotel is going to be an excellent asset to Tui. Thanks for a great holiday. Aline & Linda

  • Two weeks at Niriides hotel in Kos. Staff are friendly and make sure everything is right. Frea the entertainment Girl works so hard and makes the day/night fun. The Hotel is clean and the Food is WOW. Defiantly will be going back. Its a nice family run hotel worth more than 3*. thank you

  • Hotel Arrived on 19th June , greeted by lovely receptionist. Had room 104 facing the pool. Was quite, no sun on balcony but you get two .. one with table and chairs other one with an airer for clothes . Pool- Very clean , nice size , great that there are 5 of them. Loads of sun beds.Food-Amazing ! If this is only an 3 star then I would love to know what it would be like if was 5. One of the best places we have stayed AI for the food. Lots of choice and never got bored. Service was brilliant. Drinks-Next reception is an drink machine self service open 24 hours ( no cola light tho there) self service machine when the food is open and then the pool bar. We took our own bottles that we filled up to save on using the cups and straws . They were fine same as any AI place really , husband found the beer nice . I have included a picture of the bar menu Entertainment-Was ok… the stage is very small and the lighting is not the best . We had Greek night and couldn’t hardy see them. Lots of games for kids and from what we saw the staff work really hard. Georgiou the joker karaoke night was really fun . The gym- Very basic but had weights , cross trainer and bike. The hotel- Very clean , well looked after. Can see that they are changing things. Garden are nice , you always see staff out and about . Staff are very friendly. After reading the reviews I can see the hotel are listening and adding things what people have said ( eg tables outside for the evening ).There is an on site shop in case you need anything . Around and about -There are no bottle water supplied in hotel so the best place we found was the petrol station next door but one.6×1.5 litres for €2.90 . They sell snacks , milk, chocolate there as well. Go left out of the hotel and you have a lovely walk to the marina and the Kos Town. Nice walk with lots to look at on way. Go right from hotel is a nice straight road with not much there but nice if you wanted a evening walk . Bike ride was fun -€5 each bike for the day. The hotel will book this for you . Overall experience had an amazing relaxed holiday and would 100% recommend this hotel.

  • We have just returned from an early June holiday, travelling as a family of 4 (2 bed family apartment) and my Mother-in-law (double room in main block). We all had a wonderful holiday, and we’re really happy with the Niriides! We arrived with some concerns over early reviews on the reopening, and the fact it was a 3-star all inclusive. However it was immediately apparent that the hotel had taken all ideas on board and made changes. We were greeted at 1am with sandwiches (salads for vegetarian/gluten free) and pointed in the direction of the 24 hr drinks dispensers. And walked past the entertainment area on our way to our room and spotted tables set out, these are just two examples.Although we visited early in the season, the pool areas were spacious and had plenty of beds. During the day there were many different activities going on for the children, Freija expertly engaged with kids of all ages and nationalities and even had my eldest (introverted) daughter participating and dancing by the end of the week. She really was the high point of their weeks holiday and worked very hard! The evening entertainment was lower key than larger all inclusive we have stayed at, but suited us and our needs. Typically the loud music ended at 10:30 and bar closed at 12.Staying in room B1 we have an extremely convenient daytime location for a yound family, but did have cause to complain about evening noise partway through the week. Context: night 3 younger couples enjoyed a rowdier night, which would be OK but by 3am we were tired of the loud singing and shouting. The next day we asked the hotel to be aware of this and to help of it happened again. My husband was probably a little grumpy with the staff as our sleep, and that of our 6 and 9yr old had been very disrupted, but they were extremely courtious and promised to help! The next night the same party supplied their own speakers and booze after the bar closed at 12, by 1/2am they had been moved on by staff who had to tell them the police were on the way.) the following day, having spoken also to the rep, all staff and owners were on it and the couples decided to go off site for their late night drinks. We don’t like to interfere with others holidays and it could be that other apartments which were not steps away from the bar area were not as affected as us, but the TUI rep was extremely clear that this resort was not a rowdy one and that reassured us. I can not fault the responsiveness of all the staff involved who helped to ensure the family apartments were not disturbed again in the early hours!Other positive reflections: Room spotlessly cleaned daily and the recent renovation was of a good standard; all staff were very friendly, children were interacted with and made to feel at home and… Quality of food was brilliant! Enjoyed all meals, with something for everyone: 2x pasta dishes, salad bar, 4-5 hot mains, fresh pizza every meal, lots of traditional Greek food! Loved it! My daughter is dairy and gluten free and food was well signed and we did not have any reactions all week! The gluten free selection could perhaps have been better (breakfast and deserts in particular) but we DIDN’T ask for the chef as there was always something (this hasn’t happened before and we’ve always needed extra food to be cooked!) so we cannot complain and my daughter was well fed and happy!Bar drinks were perhaps the only 3-star element of the hotel, but they were plentiful and served with 5-star service. No complaints at all!Location was quiet and perfect for us. We didn’t walk to Kos Town, but a taxi was €8 and buses every 30 mins. Lovely trips were available also, Sharon the Rep was brilliant but the TUI tours are expensive. The shop nearby has them cheaper, and they are cheaper again from Kos Town (we did a 3 island boat tour for €75 all in!). It may be too quiet for some, but perfect for us! Overall an excellent hotel, would definately return and imagine the hotel will go from strength to strength!

  • We had heard that this was the first year for the hotel to be operating as an all inclusive so were expecting there may be a few little teething problems as it was all new to everybody BUT we couldn’t have been more wrong! Everything was running smoothly and perfectly and we felt special and included for the whole of our stay. The staff were all just amazing no matter what their jobs. The cleaning staff worked tirelessly all day and were always welcoming and smiling whenever they saw you. The kitchen staff and dining staff were amazing – keeping everywhere tidy, keeping food topped up and making sure you had everything you needed. Sal was particularly attentive and even worked hard with new staff to help teach them everything whilst never taking away from his attention to the guests. The bar staff were always welcoming and chatty – particularly George in the day and Donna at night. Both worked so hard constantly yet still always had a smile on their faces and time for a chat with you – amazing people.Reception staff were always helpful and knowledgeable as was the hotel manager, who has real reason to be proud of her staff team and her hotel. The grounds and pools were all beautiful and maintained constantly by the hard working gardener, handy man and also cleaners. The main person we saw with the entertainment team was Freya. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and suneoclub. She was loved by children and adults both and always made sure that everyone felt involved and worked so hard all the time. Her personality is perfect for that job and I looked forward to seeing her smily face every day.My son and I had a room on the second floor looking out over the sea which was beautiful. Our safe and air con was included which was perfect and the room had everything we needed – fridge, shower, kettle etc.The food deserves a special mention as usually I get really bored by their end of two weeks of very similar food but this was not the case here. Every taste was catered for every day and the choice was fantastic and the food excellent.I absolutely loved my time at the hotel and really didn’t want it to end. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and would absolutely stay again though wish it catered for single travellers as I don’t always have family to go away with. I would certainly feel comfortable and safe to go here alone if the price was considerate for a lone person.

  • Stayed here for a week at the beginning of May, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel referb is lovely, the new part of the hotel is stunning. All the staff are lovely and very welcoming! The suneo reps are amazing at what they do, my 3 children really enjoyed getting involved! There was different games to take part in throughout the day, kids disco in the early evenings and then entertainment suited for adults too. The food was always good, a good selection to choose from. There’s a total of 5 pools, all were always clean. Our room was in a perfect place, over looking the sea/beach and Turkey, both pools, restaurant and right next to the bar 😉 the room itself was perfect, spacious for the 5 of us and had been refurbished with a stunning bathroom. The cleaning staff came and cleaned the room daily and they did a fab job! My daughter fell sick whilst we was there and the cleaning staff couldn’t have done more for us, they really helped me and kept coming back into our room to check her temp and make sure she was alright! Couldn’t be anymore grateful to those ladies! We made some lovely holiday memories here as a family and met some wonderful people! I never travel to the same place more than once but this is definitely a hotel I would go back to! Definitely recommend it to people with small and older children, even to people without.. you won’t be disappointed!

  • This hotel should easily be a 5 star and not a 3. The accommodation was amazing as well as the pools and the food. This was my first holiday away abroad with the misses and it was honestly more perfect than we imagined. I can’t recommend a better place to stay in Greece. An additional thank you to the cleaning lady that went the extra mile to make our room spotless and new every day. A massive thank you for a brilliant vacation, really hope to return soon.

  • Beautiful hotel and great location over looking the beach. Short walk into Kos town and a few shops and bars nearby.Hotel spotless and good choice of food which is all fresh.Entertainment a bit hit and miss however this didn’t affect our holiday. Hotel recently became all inclusive so I’m sure they’ll improve this in time. All staff friendly and helpful. Cleaners were lovely, they did our room every day.Would definitely look at going back and would recommend to anyone

  • There will never be enough words to thank the hotel for all they have done for us over the years. This has always been like a second home to us and in 2015 they went above and beyond when we brought our family over (21 of us), and one of the members suddenly passed away. The owners and reps went above and beyond. They have always treated us with the utmost respect and been happy to see us. We love it that much we have brought many relatives, including uncles aunties, sisters and brothers mums and dads and they gave continued to come back as well on various occasions. Admittedly we’ve not stayed this year now it’s all inclusive, but the refurb was under way last year and looked amazing! This hotel has came a long way since we started visiting a decade ago but the faces and locals remaim the same happy, kind and respectful people we’ve grown to love and call our extended family!

  • I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, came here for my 50th birthday, the service was amazing the staff couldn’t do enough for you, the owners treated you like family, can’t wait to go back next year

  • Stayed with my wife and daughter had a fabulous week end of may was about 32c pools were great plenty of sun beds 5 pools one right outside our room. Food was very good great selection everyday. Highly recommend the massage my wife and I both had back and shoulder massage it was fantastic the young woman was called Sevgi she was amazing lots of different massages on offer. For the water sports fans there is jet ski para sailing and other toys just up the road. Kos is 15 min walk Nearest atm is kos marina 10 min walk

  • We stayed in this hotel for a week at the beginning of June and could not fault it at all!! We arrived in early hours of the morning and the check in was nice and quick. The food is great something different everyday but always something that you would like as there was lots of variety! The drinks were good too nice cocktails and spirts and bar staff were so lovely! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless the maids came everyday to clean and couldn’t fault! Hotel was in a great location right opposite mini golf which we loved and about a 35 minute walk into the town which is definitely worth the trip it’s so lovely!!We had a late flight coming back and considered the late check out option however if you are only thinking of keeping your room for a shower later in the day, you could avoid the cost as there is a shower room just down stairs of reception which was great for us as saved us some euros.Overall we have an amazing holiday at this lovely hotel and would come back again!!

  • We arrived late and like previous reviews have mentioned, it would have been nice if the security guy had pointed out the cold drinks machine that is right near check in desk! However that was only a minor niggle. We were lucky enough to be staying in one of the newly built rooms, and it was fantastic, comfortable and spacious, it felt like we might have been the first guests to have stayed in it. The french doors opened onto a terrace with two sunbeds & a table & chairs, and the pool is just a couple of metres away. The staff, without exception, were friendly and helpful. The food on offer was all very good, fresh, lots of choice eg at breakfast there was bacon, boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette, baked beans, hash browns, hotdog sausages, sliced oven baked tomatoes & mushrooms, then a choice of 6 cereals, waffles made freshly, selection of bread with toasing facilities, greek yoghurts, fresh, dried & canned fruits and sliced meats & cheese and salad. An amazing choice! Lunch and Dinner also provided a great variety of food. The all-inclusive alcohol was fine, however the beer measure was very small! And served in single use plastic glasses, I couldn’t help but wonder if they were all recycled. We walked into Kos town a couple of times, and this took about 45 minutes (at a VERY leisurely pace 😂) The beach directly across the road is quite rocky, there are sunbeds there. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool – however it was freezing as it’s early in the season but it didn’t stop us going in! We don’t normally come to Greece all-inclusive but we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. Thanks everyone, efharisto poli!, Nic and Bev. 🇬🇷😍🥰

  • We have just returned from a couples week away. We travelled as a party of three couples staying in separate rooms. We had 2 double rooms with balcony in the main hotel and had upgraded at time of booking the other room to a 2 bedroom apartment with terrace. What can I say the hotel was spotlessly clean, cleaning and maintenance staff go out of there way to ensure everywhere is how you would expect to find it. Have read some recent reviews and all I can say is read more than the negative comments. Our room was the two bedroom apartment which was actually 3 bedrooms and would sleep 5 with ease. As the hotel has recently changed from self catering to all inclusive I can only assume the third bedroom would have been the kitchen area. We had no issues with the air conditioning as others have mentioned and used this daily. There was plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases etc. Beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in whilst away and have been to lots of different places. They won’t be for everyone as everyone has there own preference. Our bathroom had been upgraded with a multi head shower which was amazing. Although we didn’t stay in the new block these rooms are amazing and are a credit to the owners. You can clearly see the vision they have for the hotel. Food – we didn’t find this repetitive as others have mentioned and was what we expect from an all inclusive holiday – lots of variety and choice even for my picky vegetarian husband who doesn’t eat all vegetables. There were local dishes, kleftico, stifado, gyros etc but also plain grilled meat for those who don’t like sauces. There was always a fish choice along with rice, pasta, grilled and steamed veg. Yes here were chips and homemade pizzas and it felt as though this was the hotels way of accommodating all guests. Plenty of fresh salad and fruit. Deserts there was a choice usually cake of some description, always a mousse or jelly, fresh fruit and various ice cream flavours to choose from. Bar service – well where to start all I can say is the evening staff went out of there way to make our stay a memorable holiday. All praise to Donna and Dethion who were what can only be described as outstanding and a credit to themselves and the management team. Each of them made a conscious effort to talk to all guests to ensure they were enjoying there holiday. Donna is a dab hand at making a freddo cappuccino if you’ve never had one treat yourself as these are amazing. The choice of drinks was as it is anywhere on an all inclusive. We didn’t pay for international brands so didn’t expect this and were quite happy with the local brands. Ouzo especially tasty and went down to well as did the vodka. Local beer was Zorbas which for me was great and I’m not a great lover of it at home, but found this to be nice and not too gassy. We arrived late (3.30am) and like others needed some fluids, Ali the night porter was very helpful and when approached after checking into our room offered to get us a drink to see us through to the morning . We asked for 2 and he gave us 4 can’t ask for more than that. We understood it was outside of the all inclusive hours so were prepared to pay which wouldn’t have been a problem but no he provided these. Having read on other reviews the cup size change, yes we noticed this during the day however was not an issue as the hotel is all inclusive and you could obtain another drink no problem just meant another trip to the bar or ordering more on your first visit – no skin off our noses. I understand why plastic cups are used during the day and this is stop minimise any risk of glasses smashing and guests injuring themselves as we all walk around with nothing on our feets. I would sooner drink from a plastic cup and not have to pay a visit to the doctor for stitches. There were recycling bins placed around the hotel as they make a conscious effort to help the environment. Freya and abbey are a credit to the entertainment team and try to involve everyone who is a guest. I do think that the evening entertainment should go ahead as planned as this is advertised until 11.30 and was stopped on our last couple of nights at 10.30pm due to somebody having just arrived and complaining. This could have been avoided if they had read the concept of a Suneo Club hotel before booking rather than walking round with their noses in the air about everything. They obviously felt the hotel and it’s other guests were not for them and looked down there noses at others. No skin off mine we still enjoyed ourselves and made use of the free WiFi to access Spotify. To sum up an amazing time and looking to rebook for next year. All I can say guys is keep up the good work you have done an amazing job with what you have achieved in a short period of time and am looking forward to see the changes in the future.

  • We stopped here from 15th to 29th May.We just got here in time to get drinks at the bar and go to bed.We were in room 119 with a view over the sea to Turkey. The balcony gets no sun so we never sat out, instead it made a great drying area for towels, clothes and the shower mat.The showers have no screen and no curtain, instead you are expected to shower very carefully unless you want to make the bathroom a paddling pool. We got used to it, but I can see some accidents occuring with those smooth, wet tiles. Also in room 119, the sockets near the beds would only supply power when the bedside lights were switched on, but only on low. Now assuming that you wanted to charge your phones in the night, you had to have those lights on, and they flickered too. However there is a socket near the power/room switch were your key goes and some in a bank near the fridge.I always take a 4 way adapter, so we parked a suitcase under the one on the way in and put everything on there to charge … sorted! Never tried the fridge ones.Food is good and if you look you will find some very tasty dishes. Some food was not always as hot as I like, but if you go late to eat that can happen. I did not see a microwave, but the food does get replenished according to demand. The drinks are acceptable if not the best, but remember this is 3 star and remember what you pay. There is an issue with the plastic glasses particularly for beer, but you can go back to the bar for more. They serve beer such that you have half a pint in a pint plastic glass. This does give a nice head, but it doesn’t stop long.Staff are mega. Top tip, ask them their names and use them, it makes things nicer.Bar staff are George, Theonisia, Donna and Detion. They are all nice. Donna was born in Filey and has been on Kos 24 years.Owners are Smaro and her brother Stavros. They are usually around and the staff know it when Smaro is on their case.😂The complex has 4 big pools and one smaller one. The hotel is still developing and in the closed season more tiling work will no doubt be done outside between the old and new parts. Currently it is concrete and sloping, owing to bad weather the tiling could not be done. The arrangement with the corner stage and consequent L-shaped sets of metal folding chairs is a bit naff, but will be sorted. The owners are smart cookies.Turn left on the road to visit Miranda for trips or the rep Sharon in the hotel.Turn right and then right again for bike hire … a must at €5.I could write more, but it is like War and Peace already. We really liked it and the weather was fab.Brian and Janet
