    ACTION PLAN Written presentation of the precautionary measures to deal with covid-19 as well as the management of suspicious cases of the tourist accommodation MIRSINI STUDIOS. 1 Introduction Dear guests, In the context of compliance with the latest regulations but also within the framework of the responsibility we demonstrate as a business, all the years of our operation, in MIRSINI STUDIOS, we have drawn up a comprehensive Action Plan of our accommodation, which we will implement for this year's tourist period, in order to prevent the transmission and effective management of any suspected cases of covid-19 virus, in order to limit as much as possible the spread of the virus to staff and residents of the unit. 2. General rules of visitors and staff Appointment of a health care provider and emergency physician The MIRSINI STUDIOS accommodation in collaboration with a local private practice appoints George Sklavounos, the owner of the accommodation, as the health manager, who implements the organizational chart of the Management and the implementation of the action plan as the Head. In addition, he is appointed Head of Reception and Communication and Supervision of the Cleaning Department. Takes over: It should also implement the necessary actions to comply with the protocols on facilities, staff and customer mobility in its areas of responsibility, which are the reception and waiting areas for customers, rooms, and all facilities of the unit. • The staff must comply strictly with the basic protection measures against COVID-19 recommended by the WHO and EODY. Observance of hand hygiene, physical distancing by customers, avoidance of touching the face and general personal and respiratory hygiene. • The staff will bring personal protection measures such as a mask or front and gloves throughout their stay in the common areas and rooms. • Staff are advised to stay home and seek medical attention if they experience symptoms related to the disease, notifying the health manager of the accommodation. • Customers should adhere to and respect the health policy of the accommodation; they must adhere to the individual protection measures both when they are in the common areas of the accommodation and when they are outside the accommodation. The accommodation reserves the right to terminate the visitor's stay when it is established that the guest does not respect the following rules Keeping a guest file It is kept in electronic and printed form, a file, in which the records are recorded members of staff and all persons staying at the hotel [name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail)], so that it is possible to communicate with close contacts in case of COVID-19, which may be identified afterwards. Because personal data is being recorded, all visitors are informed that a file is being kept for reasons of public health protection, so that there is no issue that conflicts with the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR). 3. Reception - Waiting area There is no reception desk (reception) indoors. The reception of the customers takes place outdoors, observing the necessary measures and distances and then they are directed to their living room. This is not a matter of overcrowding, both between staff and customers. Visitors are also informed before their arrival regarding the extension of check-out and check-in between the residences (check out until 11.00 am and check in from 3.00 pm). In this way, the thorough cleaning and complete disinfection of the room is ensured and adequate natural ventilation of the space is followed, I necessarily guaranteed everything between the arrivals and departures of different customers. 4. 1 Cleanliness Following is a cleaning and disinfection program, according to the current one, of the Ministry of Health "Measures for cleaning and disinfection in places and surfaces during the evolution of the pandemic of SARS-CoV-2". • Special equipment (medical kit) is available, in case of occurrence of an incident with an appropriate microbicidal / disinfectant liquid and -proven mask -protective gloves -protective apron -body protective suit -bags of biological hazard • A special container for disinfecting the keys is also available. 4.2. Cleaning the room Cleaning and disinfection program when the guest leaves • Use of steam system for disinfection of bed - pillows - curtains. • Use disinfectant for cleaning WC, shower and kitchen. • General disinfection of a room with the use of odorless disinfectant with a sprayer on all surfaces of the room. • Disinfection of floors with a combination of disinfectant and chlorine inside and outside the room. • Disinfection of all shared multi-purpose items • Washing and disinfection of outdoor furniture. • Washing and disinfection of air conditioning filters. • Very good room ventilation during the hours between stays. THE ATTENDANCE FOR NON-MEMBERS IN THE CATALOG IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED 4.3.Cleaning- housekeeping As mentioned above, a cleaning and disinfection program was observed, in accordance with the current circular number 19954 / 20.03.2020 of the Ministry of Health “Measures for cleaning and disinfection in areas and surfaces during the development of the SARS pandemic CoV-2 ". Hygiene services have also been strengthened in all public areas and in particular in "high risk" objects (eg knobs, elevator knobs). The cleaning staff during their work, is equipped with gloves, masks, robe, closed shoes and observes the basic measures to avoid the transmission of the corona - COVID-19, does not smoke and does not consume food or drink. • Cleaning the rooms during the stay is not frequent, in order to avoid contact of cleaning workers with a possible case and further transmission, only at the request of the customer. • The daily change of clothing and towels is abolished, only at the request of the customer. • The policy between regular cleaning and waiting 24 hours before the room is available to the customer or meticulous cleaning - disinfection (eg with steam cleaner) on the disputed rooms and bathrooms is selected accordingly. • Fabric surfaces (eg furniture upholstery) are cleaned with a steam device (temperature> 70.). • All hygiene rules are strictly observed by the staff during the sorting of dirty linen using the appropriate M.A.P. (special disposable apron over the uniform, gloves and mask). • Used fabrics, bedding and towels are placed in special, closed, marked bags or sacks in order to be transported to the laundry areas. • The areas of dirty and clean linen are separated. • Bedding and towels are washed in hot cycles (70o C or more) with the usual detergents. • Care is taken to keep clean clothing in good and clean condition during storage and to transport it to use areas (rooms). 5. Case Management and Management Plans According to the instructions of EODY and the characteristics of the unit, a plan for dealing with and managing a case and a suspected case was prepared. The plan was distributed to all those involved with the unit and regular inspections are carried out to ensure its readiness.
